Kristel had an interest in hair since childhood. She loved to cut and style all the neighborhood kids hair. She began her career in North Jersey in 1992 where she worked as a personal assistant and worked her way up to being a store manager of Super Cuts. She moved to South Jersey in 2003 and began working in a Paul Mitchell Salon where she took her career to new heights becoming a national educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems.

In 2008 she made the move to Splashes and found her forever home. She loves to do hair color, but even more so she loves how she can make her clients feel confident through her work. She is a mom to three beautiful girls. She loves the outdoors, being active and spending time with her family.
